5 Beauty Products I'm Currently Obsessing Over

Hello, darlings! I hope you had an amazing weekend. It's been extremely hot in New York and all I seem to want to do is lay in my air condition and relax. How did you spend your weekend? Aside from being a lazy bum, I had the opportunity to test out some new makeup products and admire some of my favorites. Here are the top 5 beauty products I'm currently obsessed with.

Giorgio Armani Beauty, Harper’s BAZAAR And The Bob Woodruff Foundation Join Together To Honor Servicewomen - Plus, A Special Event!

Yesterday, Tim Quinn, Giorgio Armani Celebrity Makeup Artist, and Alexandra Parnass, Beauty Director of Harper's BAZAAR, honored servicewomen, caregivers and military spouses at Saks Fifth Avenue New York. 45 women who serve or have served were invited to Saks and given the red-carpet treatment. Each received a complimentary makeover by Tim Quinn and his team. Aside from getting pampered, the women were given the opportunity to connect with similar women in their situations and shared their stories of triumph.

Giorgio Armani Pop Collection For Spring 2013 Review & Swatches

Giorgio Armani Pop Collection For Spring 2013 was created by international makeup artist Linda Cantello. For Spring, she loved the mix of vivid shade with nudes. At the Giorgio Armani S/S 13 show, she used soft grey to create a muted graphic shape - then a thick liner in Turquoise, and then blended with the taupe. It gave the look a soft pop of glamorous, sensual color. Any woman can wear it.

Giorgio Armani Rouge D'Armani Sheer Lipsticks Review + Swatches

Giorgio Armani Beauty caught my attention when they launched a new line of lip sheers. These new hydrating lip colors are creamy, lightweight and translucent. The bold color is stunning, but never drying and as hydrating as a balm. The color formulation process features a color shine moisture polymer, which is a revolutionary component able to retain twice its volume of water and enhance color luminosity while locking in hydration on the lip surface for over 8 hours. It comes in three shades of orange, three shades of red, three shades of pink and three shades of purple.

Giorgio Armani Beauty: Gloss D'Armani

I was wandering around Giorgio Armani's Beauty website and came across this gloss they just launched. I'm big on lip gloss and I've got to try these! 

The website states, "it more than a mere gloss." This lip gloss is concentrated high-definition color and inspired by icons of the cinema. I love the theme behind these glosses as I am a HUGE fan of old and new cinema. This line of gloss is meant to re-introduce glamour. It has a flexible velvet applicator that is supposed to add volume and define contours. It's infused with Color-Fil Shine technology and is a silky formula. It lacks the stickiness of most glosses and it meant to remain true for eight hours without fading. Eight hours?! That's a bold statement. I'm curious if it really lasts for eight hours.

Gloss D'Armani comes in 18 colors. I'm most interested in the nude beige's and soft pinks (of course!)

They've got the gorgeous Megan Fox as their model. The ad alone is enough to make me want to try it out.

Giorgio Armani Beauty: Summer 2011 Heat Collection

I've been hearing a ton of amazing things about Giorgio Armani beauty products. I always go into Saks Fifth Avenue to see a few of what the luxury beauty brands are offering and Armani always catches my eyes. Then I noticed this limited edition collection - Summer 2011 Heat (Limited Edition). This collection has me wondering if it's worth my while. I'm interested in a few items.

Here's what the collection includes:

1. Sheer Bronzer: Retail for $49
It comes in three shades: Brown Sand, Mauve, & Golden Sand.

2. Heat Palette - Eye Quatuor: Retail for $59

3. Sheer Lipstick: Retail for $27 

It comes in four shades: Sienna Red Brick, Burnt Coral, Sunset Pink, & Sand Dune Beige. I believe these are the best part of this collection. I'm very interested to try Sunset Pink, which is the third below.

4. Blushing Fabric Second Skin Blush: Retail for $38

It comes in two shades: Sienna & Raspberry. 

5. Eyes to Kill Waterproof Mascara - Retail for $30
