Unless you were living under a rock these past few weeks you definitely heard the news about Marc Jacobs beauty line launching. It was officially availiable for sale on Friday, August 9th at Sephora (in store & online) as well as Marc Jacobs online. You can also visit his new beauty boutique on Bleecker Street in New York.

The products are even better than I imagined. I was given a sneak peek a few weeks ago and I was immediately impressed by the quality. What I didn't realize what how amazing the entire collection would be. I haven't tried a product I didn't love. I've almost tested the entire line with the exception of the mascara, bronzer, and makeup brushes. Don't worry - it's on the top of my to-do list. So far I'm obsessed and trust me, you will be too.

I know exactly what you can get me for my birthday - Marc Jacobs new beauty line hitting Sephora on August 9th. The collection has the beauty world buzzing with excitement. For the launch of Marc Jacobs Beauty, Jacobs collaborated with Sephora Originals on a line of color cosmetics. 

Jacobs told WWD: "We spent a lot of time developing materials and choosing the colors. We work with the technicians at the mills to achieve a certain effect, so we did the same thing with Sephora. The color palette tells a story and that story is based on a spirit. I chose different types of characters, such as an ingénue."
