Backstage Beauty At Rebecca Minkoff's Fall 2013 Show | New York Fashion Week

Rebecca Minkoff has long been known for striking colors, so it wasn't a huge surprise to see the models wearing colorful, fun and loud makeup backstage for her Fall 2013 collection debut.

This season, Minkoff's collection was inspired by Neil Armstrong's trip to space, and featured strong silhouettes, offset with soft fluid fabrics in cosmic prints.
The makeup, lead by Stila Cosmetics, was simple; but to add some fun, each model had their eyes lined with a stunning cobalt blue. Below is the makeup used, so you can recreate the look at home.

Hair was lead by TRESemme stylist Jeanie Syfu. To go along with Minkoff's collection, she went for a straight and sleek look, with polished ends, blunt lines and no layers.

Products used included:
TRESemmeSmooth and Silky No Frizz Shine Spray
The nails were done by Essie and the design was inspired by one of the metallic patterns used on her handbags. All five of the colors below were used on each nail to give a rainbow oil slick effect.
Achieve the look yourself by putting a small drop of each color on your nail. Immediately after, take a clean nail brush and swirl the colors together so they cover your entire nail.

What do you think of this look?
