Swap With The Lovely Adrienne From Popular U.K. Beauty Blog "The Sunday Girl'"

Having this blog has given me so many amazing opportunities. It began as just a way to express my passion for beauty and fashion and then emerged into something far greater than I expected. The best part about the blog? Being able to meet so many amazing people from all over the world. One of the first friends I made was the lovely Adrienne over at The Sunday Girl. She's a blogging machine and definitely someone I love chatting with. We decided to swap so that she could get some USA goodies and I could get some UK ones.  Here what's I received in my part of the swap. You can see what she got here.

I'm digging these eyeshadows. Good pigment and wear well.

These were my favorite from the swap. Adrienne picked them out for me at random and I love them. Super gorgeous colors and long wear. WIN.

See? Pretty Pretty.

Night Sky is the perfect black for any smokey eye.

This was my first experience with Sleek products and I wasn't disappointed. You read about this brand quite often on blogs. The brand is extremely affordable and their pigments are amazing. You can actually now purchase the brand in the US on the website, but the shipping is a bit high.

What I like about the Sleek palettes are their fairly small, so their easy to carry around in your purse for a quick touch up.  The eyeshadow applicator is a dud for me as I never use anything other then a brush. If this palette came with a brush, it would be great. I imagine a brush would increase the cost, so this will do for now.

Aren't the colors gorgeous?!

I really wanted this palette for how bold and bright the colors are. It's the perfect palette for any fun look where a pop of color is needed. I can already see tons of looks down the line I intend to do. The strange thing about this palette is it's not allowed to be sold in the US for FDA regulations. I'm curious why. I imagine it has something to do with the ingredients. No reaction here!

Pretty decent liquid liner. Not for the those with shakey hands. You'll need a steady hand for this one.

Lippy love -- guess what shades the lipsticks were? NUDE of course!

Complete lip swatches from the first to the last.

Pretty pink nude that you know I love!

All and all, a successful swap! We'll be doing one again shortly.

Have you ever done a makeup swap before? Would you?
