Holiday Wishlist: The Gifts I'd Give Myself

Looking for the perfect gift? Take a peek at Beauty in New York City's 2015 Holiday Gift Guides.

As a beauty editor, I love a good beauty set just as the next person. My favorite time of the year for beauty shopping is definitely the holidays. From the beautiful packaging to the insane discounts, it's the most exhilarating time to shop for new beauty. Here are the beauty gifts on my holiday wishlist, including a few non-beauty items!

Violet Grey Iconic Nudes Set, $65

I love a good nude lip and this set includes one of my favorites from Charlotte Tilbury. Violet Grey has a great collection of holiday gifts and this set is my dream! The Iconic Nudes Set comes with a nude lipstick, nude nail polish from YSL, and a sleek white pouch to carry it all around.

La Prairie 'Reflections of Radiance' Set (Limited Edition), $870

La Prairie is another brand I fell in love with in 2015. Their skincare products are super luxurious and I can feel a difference in my skin immediately after using. The Reflections of Radiance Set includes my favorite Cellular Radiance line. This gift has a steep price point, but it's worth it.

Fresh Nude Lip Lover, $42

It's important to prep lips before you apply a lip product. I love using fresh's sugar lip treatment prior to lipstick. These are nude, rose, and honey tinted!

Dita Von Teese Leave Your Mark, $29.49

I'd listen to any advice Dita Von Teese had to give. She's glamorous and classy. This would make a great addition to my table book collection.
Smith and Cult Holiday Trio 2 (Red and Glitter), $54

Red, purple, and glitter nail polish? What's not to love in this Smith & Cult set.

Tarte Tarteist™ Contour Palette, $54

I'm a bit of a hoarder of contour palettes. Every one is unique and every brand has a different take on contouring. I recently learned about Tarte's Contour Palette and knew I had to have it. I like that it includes a blush shade since many contour palettes only include bronzers and highlighters.

An ideal watch for the fashion-forward, the Citizen AML features a lustrous two-tone stainless steel Champagne dial and Swarovski® crystal bezel, a 1 second chronograph that measures up to 60 minutes, 12/24 hour time and a date feature. New watch for the New Year? Definitely.

Ciaté® Mini Mani Month Advent Calendar, $59

A nail polish advent calendar? Yes, it is. The shades of this calendar are what sold me. From light spring shades to dark fall lacquers, there's a color for every season in here.

Carrière Frères' Ginger Candle, $45

Carrière Frères' candles have very unique scents and I recently tried their Ginger scent and knew it was going to have to be burning all winter long. It's that good. I can't wait to try more of their scent blends.

Christian Louboutin Beaute Tutulle Satin Lip Colour, $90

If you didn't know by now, I have been called the "Queen of Nude Lips" since it's practically all I wear throughout the year. I've found that it's the color that I get most complimented on and makes me feel my best. I do love to dabble in bold shades, but a good nude can melt my heart. I've had my eye on Christian Louboutin's Tutulle shade since it was released and I think it's time to add it to my ever growing collection.

Dr. Jart+ The Book of Masks, $39

A selection of eight different sheet masks addressing a variety of skincare concerns. I'm always ready to try a new sheet mask!

Foreo LUNA™ For Combination Skin, $199

I'm extremely loyal to my Clarisonic, but I'm tempted by the Foreo. It's a silicone facial brush that channels both T-sonic pulsations for deep and gentle cleansing, and lower-frequency pulsations to reduce the signs of aging. I already have their toothbrush and it's life changing.

Press for Champagne Ringing Button, $92

I've been eyeing this item on etsy for a while and I just love the idea of having a "press for champagne" button in the home. I can think of a few places to put it in my apartment.

What's on your holiday wishlist?
