bareMinerals Remix Collection for Spring 2013 - Review & Swatches

bareMinerals Remix Collection is just what you need to jump into spring. This 2013 collection features colors in bold shades that are sure to make you get up and dance! This limited edition collection is availiable in custom aqua-sheen packaging. It's inspired by the elusive moment when pulsating energy meets tranquil clarity. The moment when the music is blasting, and the crowd is going wild.

The texture of bareMinerals eyeshadows are amazingly smooth and easy to blend. I never had any complaints about the pigment or the texture. They're two featured eyeshadow quads from the collection - The Next Big Thing ($30) & Wild Things ($30). The Next Big Thing is my new favorite. It features four shades: Rising Star//Sunlit Gold, Hoopla//Glowing Copper, Smash Hit//Vibrant Peach, and Ensemble//Smoky Plum. I love that you can easily create a natural eye or a sultry smokey eye. The Wild Things quad features more unique shades: Sensational//Iridescent Aqua, Elitist//Bronzed Taupe Icon//Electric Chartreuse, and Controversy//Deep Marine Blue. The Wild Things quad reminds me more of summer than spring. Summers filled with beach days and endless sun.

No collection is ever complete without a great blush. The Natural High ($22) is a soft golden peach that will work on any complexion. It seamlessly blends into the skin without being too overpowering or heavy. The perfect spring shade.

Lets talk mascara for a minute - I am always open to experimenting with new mascara shades and this blue mascara from bareMinerals helps me do just that. You can opt for a traditional black shade of their flawless definition mascara ($18) or play up your eyes with the flawless definition mascara in aqua blast.

Top to Bottom: Wild Things Eyeshadow, Blush The Natural High, The Next Big Thing Eyeshadow
Left to Right: Blush The Natural High, Mascara in Aqua Blast/Black
Flawless Definition Mascara in Aqua Blast & Black

Will you be rocking bareMinerals this spring?
