2012 is flying by and it's almost time for Summer! Summer is one of the most exciting seasons. Everyone is getting their wardrobe together, planning vacations and dreaming of beach filled days. The most important part of Summer? Staying fresh, of course! I'm big on deodorant (everyone should be..) and I won't leave the house without it. Summer is a great time to hit the beach and catch some sun, but the scorching heat can cause many to sweat and get dark marks. When asked to review the new Clear Tone deodorant from Dove, I knew I had to try it. Dove' new deodorant, Clear Tone, is a unique formula with calendula and sunflower seed extracts that moisturizes and helps visibly reduce dark marks and evens tone, while providing 24-hour odor and wetness protection.
So let's get serious a moment.. I know tons of women that suffer from dark marks under their arms and I can truthfully admit I'm one of them. I've searched high and low for a product that works and makes a difference. I've been using this product every day and night for two weeks and it has definitely improved the darkness under my arms. The thing I love about Dove deodorants is that they smell amazing, leave the armpits feeling silky smooth and actually do what they are intended to do. I would have purchased this product either way and you can bet on it that I'll be repurchasing when it runs out.
I've always been one that is anti-tank top since I have the dark marks, but who knows? Maybe I'll brave the tank this summer and show my arms thanks to Dove. Dove is a brand known for self-empowerment and all about making women feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. I'm a huge fan of their ads and believe that they generally care about their customers. Who wouldn't love a brand like that?
